πŸš€ Streamlining Salesforce: Recapping the Apsona Bundles Webinar

We recently hosted a fantastic webinar diving into Apsona’s new Integrated Bundle Solutions, and the engagement and questions were excellent! For those who couldn’t make it or want a refresher, this article covers the key licensing clarifications, the power of our two-license model, and how the new bundles can unlock greater value for your team.

Apsona was founded in 2009 and is 100% native to Salesforce, with over 1,700 customers worldwide. We’re excited to share how our bundle model makes managing your Salesforce data and Apsona licenses simpler than ever.

The Problem: Too Much Complexity

A little over a year ago, we recognized that managing multiple Apsona licenses across teams had become too complex, with over 20 combinations of licenses and products for customers to choose from.

The solution? We streamlined everything into a bundle model, reducing the administrative overhead and making it easier to scale. You now choose between just two license types: Standard and Specialized.

Understanding the Two Apsona License Types

Standard Users (The “Doers”): Report writers, developers, admins, and power users who build and create solutions.

  • Key Capabilities: Full access to Apsona for Salesforce reporting, Multi-step Reports, Dedupe and Match, Document/Email merges, and Scheduler.

Specialized Users: End users or restricted users who consume and use the solutions created by Standard Users.

  • Key Capabilities: View reports, run pre-built merges (buttons), interact with embedded grids or tabular views, and can perform mail merges directly from reports.

Key Takeaway: Standard users have all licenses at their disposal. Specialized licenses are designed to put Apsona in the hands of more users, which is why they are priced at a 50% discount.

Which Bundle is the Right Fit?

Our bundles are tailored to team size and feature needs:

  • Essentials Bundle (3-9 Standard Users): Includes the core products: Apsona for Salesforce Reporting, Charts and Dashboards, Dedupe and Match, Grids, Document Merge, and Multi-step Reports.

  • Advanced Bundle (10-49 Standard Users): Includes everything in Essentials, PLUS the Scheduler for automating documents and reports. It also includes structured enablement workshops and private sessions.

  • Premium Bundle (50+ Standard Users): Includes everything in Advanced and Essentials, plus dedicated private enablement sessions for your large team.

How We Ensure Your Success: Structured Enablement

One of the most critical components of the Advanced and Premium bundles is our commitment to enablement.

  • Four-Session Enablement Program: Designed to move you beyond feature lists and directly into value by helping you translate Apsona capabilities into solutions for your unique operations and workflows.

  • Monthly Workshops: Available to all Essentials, Advanced, and Premium customers. These 45-minute live sessions provide hands-on learning, demos, and answers to keep your team up-to-date.

  • Apsona Implementation Templates: These pre-built solutions for reporting and documents can be installed directly into your Salesforce org, helping fast-track your adoption on common use cases. You get access to these and training on how to use them with the bundles

Your Current Licensing & Next Steps

  • Current Model: If you haven’t purchased a bundle from our sales team, you are on the “Legacy” model.

  • Upgrade Credit: If you recently purchased Apsona and want to upgrade to a bundle, our team is trained to provide a credit for the unspent portion of your current contract and apply it toward the new bundle.

  • Get a Comparative Quote: If you’re on the Legacy model and want to see how a new bundle compares to your current setup, please email sales@apsona.com.
