The nonprofit needed a seamless way to generate transcripts for students enrolled in online courses, which was not an out-of-the-box feature in their Experience Cloud setup. Additionally, the client faced data management challenges due to the volume of integrations, leading to duplicate contacts and accounts in Salesforce. These issues needed to be resolved efficiently to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.
Solution:
