Configure Merge Action
Set up your document template and retrieve the unique 18-character Action ID from the Apsona interface.
Build the salesforce Flow
Create a Record-Triggered Flow that runs when a record is created or updated and adds a Create Records action to generate an Apsona Trigger Merge Request using the Merge Action ID and the triggering record’s ID.
Verify Success and Track Execution
After activating the flow you can monitor the automation to ensure merges run successfully. Use Apsona Objects Apsona Event Logs & Triggered Merge Run Results to track execution
