Ensure your Merge Action is configured and retrieve the unique Action ID URL (the required endpoint).
Create Outbound Message
In Salesforce Setup, paste the Action ID URL as the endpoint and Crucially check the Send Session ID box for authentication.
Build the Salesforce Flow
Create a Record-Triggered Flow (After Save) that fires the Outbound Message action when your trigger criteria are met.
