Apsona for Salesforce #

  • User interface changes: We are rolling out a series of changes intended to modernize the Apsona user interface (UI). Most of Apsona’s UI has been updated, with additional changes coming for dialogs and other elements. These UI changes will not affect the way you interact with Apsona. There will be behavioral changes coming soon, and we will inform customers before rolling out those changes. We would love your feedback! Please let us know your thoughts on the new UI by providing feedback here.
  • Apsona is now SOC 2 certified! The SOC 2 certification process investigates and ensures the security of customer data. We have always followed the protocols covered in our Security page to securely manage your data, but we now have this certified by independent auditors. SOC 2 certification also means we’ve gone through penetration tests and vulnerability scans, and have a disaster recovery plan in place to make sure that Apsona downtime is limited.
  • Supported Cross-Origin Embedder Policy in Apsona
  • Simplified licensing flow for customers who use Specialized Licensing
  • Updated SOAP API connector to v57.0
  • Bugfix: fix error when importing or updating using a CSV file and I happen to have to change the original data file (with the same name)
  • Support all characters in email addresses defined under RFC 5322
  • Bugfix: datetime fields east of GMT were previously not queryable. We’ve fixed that.
  • Feedback button now includes a form for better categorization of your feedback
  • In “Mass Update” dialog, fix zipcode parsing to accurately support all zip codes

Document and Email Merge #

  • Provided ability to add up to 100 conditional templates in a merge action
  • Better error messaging when an image cannot be retrieved in a merge action
  • Fix “large template” error message that previously showed up when unnecessary

Reports #

  • Fix search term to support searching for reports with mixed character case

Multi-Step Reports #

  • Retain step changes when moving between steps and runs in a multi-step report. This way, you can edit the configuration of a step and run your report, and the report will use your updated configuration. You can also edit configurations of various steps and run your report, which will also use your updated configuration. You will still need to save the report if you’d like the report to be saved even after exiting the report editor.
